CORE Belfast is a Pilates and Physiotherapy studio that focuses on having a positive impact on people’s well-being, through the power of mind and movement.

Located in South Belfast. We offer group, individual, mat, reformer training and online classes for all levels and abilities including ante and post-natal clients.

What we teach

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on the release of tension and the use of the correct muscles in the correct way to allow free movement, to improve posture, balance and to create a girdle of strength around the torso. In doing so the body becomes longer, leaner and more toned.

Additionally, Pilates exercises help rebalance the muscles around the joints and improve general fitness and well-being.
